Andy Burnham, the Mayor of Greater Manchester, delivered an 11-minute speech on the Hillsborough disaster that left the House of Commons in silence followed by a round of applause.
Burnham, who campaigned with the Hillsborough families, said, "We've all given it our all but our all isn't enough." He urged the government to release all documents related to the tragedy.
Former Prime Ministers David Cameron and Theresa May backed Burnham's calls during a Facebook Live event organized by Liverpool City Region.
