Former NBA Star Embarks on New Career Path

ESPN Signs JJ Redick to Multi-Year Deal

ESPN has announced that former NBA star JJ Redick will join the network as an analyst for the 2023-24 season. The sharpshooting guard, who spent 15 seasons in the league, will team up with Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame broadcasters Mike Breen and Doris Burke.

Redick's retirement from the NBA comes after a successful career that saw him earn All-Star honors and a reputation as one of the game's top shooters. A two-time ACC Player of the Year at Duke University, Redick was drafted by the Orlando Magic in 2006 and went on to play for the Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers, Philadelphia 76ers, New Orleans Pelicans, and Dallas Mavericks.

In his new role at ESPN, Redick will provide expert analysis and commentary on NBA games, as well as contribute to other programming. His insights and experience are expected to bring a fresh perspective to the network's coverage.

ESPN's hiring of Redick is part of the network's continued commitment to providing high-quality basketball content to its viewers. The addition of a former player with his knowledge and charisma is a significant step in that direction.
